Senior Low-Latency Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Scale our Python/FastAPI and WebSocket matching engine to support 50,000 concurrent market sessions.
  • Optimize tick-by-tick real-time ingestion pipelines from NSE/BSE feeds down to sub-30ms latency.
  • Architect persistent failover and state replication across AWS Mumbai data centers.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years shipping production Python, Go, or Rust backend services.
  • Deep expertise in async architectures, WebSockets, Redis pub/sub, and PostgreSQL optimization.
  • Passion for financial market mechanics, derivatives, and algorithmic trading.
Quantitative Risk Mumbai / Remote • Full-time

Quantitative Risk Analyst (F&O Greeks)

Responsibilities

  • Design automated volatility surface interpolation models and real-time Greek computations (Delta, Gamma, Vega).
  • Audit firm-wide simulated risk exposure across index options (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, SENSEX).
  • Refine mathematical breach detection algorithms to protect against latency arbitrage and signal exploitation.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
  • 2+ years experience in derivatives pricing, portfolio risk management, or prop trading risk.
  • Strong Python proficiency (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Author daily institutional pre-market analysis notes on India VIX, Max Pain, Open Interest distributions.

  • Test upcoming proprietary terminal releases with aggressive discretionary trading workflows.

Key Requirements

  • Proven 3+ year verified track record trading Indian index options (buying or selling).
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to break down complex Greeks into actionable concepts.
  • Deep familiarity with TradingView, Sensibull, and custom algorithmic setups.
Operations Remote (India) • Full-time

Trader Support & Payout Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch technical assistance to funded traders during active NSE/BSE market hours.
  • Review withdrawal requests, verify KYC/banking credentials, and execute automated payout batches within SLA.
  • Analyze trader feedback and submit structured bug and feature tickets directly to the core engineering team.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent written and verbal clarity.
  • Basic understanding of Indian stock markets, CE/PE terminology, and bank transfer rails (IMPS/NEFT/UPI).
  • Empathetic, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
